Edward Wool Mill has two main types of of clients we wanted to represent. These two drove the decision making process and helped to prioritize the project.
User Journey Map
Through our user journey map, we discovered that having certain information and features readily available and easily accessed would improve the user experience. Through this exercise, we learned to place pricing information and service details clearly on the page, as well as, create an event page to show where the user can shop the mill's fiber products in person when possible.

We began to establish systematic thinking and prioritizing information of the site to improve user experience and clarify the site.
